What the tools are for

The subnet, CIDR, VLSM, VPC, IPv6 and latency calculators are provided for learning, reference and planning purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional network design review, and we do not warrant that any result is error-free or fit for a specific production network — do not make a change to a live production network based solely on a number from this site. Verify important numbers (reserved addresses, cloud-provider limits, official RFC rules) against the primary sources we link to before relying on them.

Acceptable use

You may use the tools and read the guides for personal, educational or internal business purposes, free of charge. You may not scrape, republish or resell the site’s content or tools as your own, attempt to disrupt or overload the site, or use any calculator to generate content for fraudulent or deceptive purposes.

Feedback you submit

If you leave a “Helpful / Needs improvement” vote or a text note, you grant us the right to read, store and use that feedback (including showing aggregate, non-identifying totals) to improve the site. Do not submit confidential or personal information in a feedback note. Messages sent through our Contact page are not stored on our server; they go directly from your own email account to ours.

SeaMeWe4 Net Tools is an independent educational site. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or operated for any cable system, consortium or telecom operator, including SEA-ME-WE 4. Any brand, trademark or service name mentioned on this site — including cloud providers referenced in the VPC tools — belongs to its respective owner.
