This policy explains exactly what SeaMeWe4 Net Tools collects and why. There is no account or sign-up anywhere on the site, and we keep this short because we collect very little — see our about page for what the calculators are and who runs them.
The calculators themselves
Every subnet, CIDR, VLSM, VPC, IPv6 and latency calculator on this site runs entirely in your browser. The IP addresses, prefixes, file sizes or cities you enter are processed on your device and are never sent to or stored on our server — there is no server-side logging of anything you type into a calculator. We use your browser’s local storage only to remember your own last inputs on your own device, so the page is ready again next time you open it; this data never leaves your browser and we cannot read it.
“Was this helpful?” votes and feedback
Pages carry a simple Helpful / Needs improvement vote and an optional short feedback note. If you use it:
- We record an anonymous tally (how many “helpful” and “needs improvement” votes a page has) — this is aggregate data, not linked to you personally.
- To stop the same visitor voting many times on the same page, we briefly note your IP address for up to 24 hours; after that it is discarded automatically.
- If you type a feedback note, we store the text (up to 300 characters), the page it was left on, and the time, so our editors can act on it. Do not include personal or sensitive information in a feedback note.
To ask us to remove a feedback note you left, email [email protected] with the page and an approximate time.
The contact form
The form on our Contact page opens your own email application with a message pre-filled; it is sent directly from your email account to ours, and is not submitted to or stored on our server at any point.
Cookies and analytics
We do not currently run third-party analytics or advertising, and we do not set tracking cookies. If that changes, we will update this page.
Server and network logs
Like most websites, our hosting infrastructure keeps standard web-server logs (such as IP address, browser type and the page requested) for a limited time, used only for security and troubleshooting. The site is also delivered through Cloudflare, a content-delivery and security network; Cloudflare processes connection-level data (such as IP address) to route and protect traffic to this site, under its own privacy policy, before requests reach our server.
Children’s privacy
This site is a general reference tool and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under GDPR or similar regional laws), you may have rights to access or request deletion of information you have submitted here. Contact [email protected] for any such request.

Do I need an account to use the calculators?
No. SeaMeWe4 Net Tools has no account system, login, or sign-up anywhere — every tool is free to use without registering.
Can anyone see what I typed into a calculator?
No. Calculator inputs are processed entirely in your browser and are never transmitted to our server, so we have no way to see them.
How do I delete a feedback note I left?
Email [email protected] with the page it was left on and roughly when, and we will remove it.
